You must be at least 18 years old to use Prizelift. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

How Prizelift Works:

Prizelift allows users to earn points and use those points to enter prize draws for digital rewards.

Important rules:

• No purchase is required to participate

• Optional purchases do not guarantee winning

• Winners are selected randomly

• Prizes are digital items only

Prizelift is not a gambling app and does not offer cash payouts.

Points:

Points have no cash value.

Points are non-transferable.

Points may be earned or purchased as described in the app.

Prizes:

Prizes consist of digital gift cards or digital prepaid reward cards.

Prizes are delivered electronically to the email associated with your account.

Prizelift is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses.

User Conduct:

You agree not to:

• Exploit or abuse the app

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage

• Attempt to manipulate draws or rewards

• Use automated tools or bots

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability:

Prizelift is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the app.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
